Welcome to Hobart Fitness Training, I’m Annalee Brumby, Studio Director. You’re a couple of simple clicks away from joining the many clients who understand that optimal health affects every aspect of their lives. As a mum in my early 50’s with a tween/teen daughter, I appreciate the challenges of maintaining health and vitality as you hit your mid-life. Together with my training team, we help clients embrace and understand what it takes to stay fit, strong & productive at any age through targeted training and lifestyle coaching. 

Our primary purpose is to maximise the current and future physical and mental well-being of the clients who work with us, striving to reduce the burden of chronic health issues for clients and their families.

From our first day of operation in December 2013, the studio has been constantly evolving to specialise in all aspects of personal training. My experience in the community health sector has taught me the importance of preventative health to ensure quality of life as well as help our clients not just survive, but thrive. Having a strong and healthy body that functions without pain cannot be underestimated.

We offer:

  • Personal Training; either one on one, or in a semi-private setting (up to 4 clients coached individually)
  • Injury Management and Rehab (once you are through the acute / sub-acute stages of your recovery)
  • An ethos that focuses on community, social and mental well-being
  • Convenient location at the top of the CBD (Murray St, between Warwick & Patrick Sts.) with free parking options
