Fit Squad Small Group Training by Hobart Fitness Training, is group training designed to create visible results, fast.
Sessions are 30 and 45 minutes in duration, designed to fit into the busiest schedule with a maximum of 12 clients per session for personalised coaching and development.
With a combination of metabolic conditioning for fat loss (Fever), strength, power, stamina and fitness, as well as our mind body program including yoga and pilates, it’s the perfect program for helping you manage your hectic life and still stay in incredible shape.
Many of our clients are in their 40’s and 50’s and see incredible improvements in their overall fitness, strength and mobility.
Beginners and those who have had a break from fitness are very welcome, we offer an optional, fully supported on-boarding program to build your confidence and get you ready to go.
